Product license
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Vak products are licensed to the purchasing organization for its internal business use. The software is not sold, sublicensed, resold, or redistributed.
Ownership
Vak retains ownership of the product software, source code, designs, trademarks, and documentation. Customers retain ownership of their own data and records.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide the product as a competing service except where explicitly permitted by a signed agreement.
