Does Offline mode require an internet connection? +
No. Offline recognition is designed to continue without a live connection, making it suitable for mobile, edge and controlled environments.

What does Live beta support? +
Live beta is intended for continuous channel-monitoring scenarios such as broadcast, streaming and always-on audio sources.

What counts as one audio hour? +
One audio hour is 60 minutes of recorded media for which recognition data is generated. For example, uploading 120 media files that are 30 seconds each equals one audio hour.
